Baggu x Labubu
The Problem
Many public spaces lack convenient places to store personal bags, leaving them on the floor where they become inconvenient, dirty, or occupy valuable space. Bagugu explores a portable solution that is both functional and enjoyable to carry.
The Goal
Design a mobile experience that helps shoppers browse, order, and understand store conditions before and during their visit.

The design explored integrating a MagSafe charger into the product, combining storage and charging into a single everyday object.

Bagugu was designed to transition seamlessly between storage and use. Its compact form allows it to remain attached to a keychain or bag until needed, making it practical for everyday environments.

Reflection
This project taught me the value of simplifying a design through iteration. Early concepts explored additional functionality, but critiques revealed that focusing on a single, well-executed purpose created a stronger product. By prioritizing portability, usability, and personality, the final design became both more functional and more memorable. Future iterations could explore interchangeable character designs and adjustable sizing to accommodate different table thicknesses.
